Request Transcripts and Diplomas

Transcripts and enrollment verifications are fulfilled through Parchment Digital Credentials Service, which provides options for digital documents retrieved through a secure website, or paper documents sent by mail.

Student Credential/Diplomas Verification/Request

If you need student verification or need a copy of your Diploma please email the registrars of the campus the student last attended with your request and include the following:

Student name and student ID and/or social security number
A signed statement from the student that gives you permission to provide you with education information (i.e. dates of attendance, units earned and degrees conferred)
